i dunno but sometimes i feel like people justify really shitty positions by saying its a ‘reaction’ to [oppressive category]. like sure, black supremacy/separationism is a ‘reaction’ to white supremacy but it doesn’t mean it’s a productive, progressive or even realistic reaction.
